Longines Deputy Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations of the boutique within a major department store, ensuring flawless customer service and adherence to brand standards.
- Drive sales performance through active selling, clienteling, prospecting and personalised service for VIP clientele.
- Supervise, coach and schedule boutique staff; conduct onboarding and ongoing training to elevate product knowledge and commercial skills.
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards; implement promotional layouts, seasonal transitions and in-store events or trunk shows.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, receptions, transfers and regular stocktaking; ensure loss-prevention and cash-handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for the Boutique Manager and regional leadership; support administrative tasks required for boutique governance.
- Proven retail leadership experience in luxury goods, watches or jewellery, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong commercial orientation with excellent clienteling and relationship-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop small teams, with experience in coaching and performance management.
- Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and familiarity with inventory and cash-control processes.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and major retail periods; professional presentation consistent with brand image.

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a supervisory or assistant-management role within luxury retail, ideally with direct exposure to watches or jewellery.
Secondary education required; vocational or post-secondary training in retail, business or luxury brand management preferred.
