Longines Customer Care Specialist

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.

- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 2 years in a customer service position, ideally within the luxury retail or watchmaking industry.
