2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
3. Fluency in Dutch and English.
4. Empathy and patience in handling customer concerns.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the luxury goods industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
