- Fluency in Spanish and English.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the luxury sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
