1. Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer care.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer experience and promote the brand's image.
5. Analyze sales data and market trends to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
6. Maintain the boutique's appearance and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency in sales analysis and inventory management.

3. Proficiency in CRM software and retail management systems.
4. Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within a luxury retail environment is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
