1. Lead the planning and execution of marketing content, including campaigns and fashion show productions.
2. Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to allocate resources and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Select, brief, and manage external creative partners such as photographers, directors, and production teams.
5. Oversee production budgets and assist in forecasting and cost control.
6. Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve production efficiency.
7. Stay informed of cultural and industry trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
8. Support, guide, and develop a team of content producers.

1. Extensive experience in content or creative production, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Proven track record in managing still and video productions from inception to completion.
3. Experience in leading projects and managing teams, or readiness to advance to this level.
4. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and external suppliers.
6. Competence in negotiation and cost control.

1. Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is advantageous.
2. Strong leadership and team development abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of 10 years in content or creative production, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
