1. Lead and enhance the Best Estimate and Open-to-Buy processes across all regions, ensuring consistency and reliability.
2. Analyze sales performance and trends to develop robust forecasts and challenge assumptions when necessary.
3. Collaborate closely with regional teams to review Best Estimate proposals and improve forecast quality.
4. Monitor key performance indicators, explain deviations, and drive corrective actions.
5. Provide clear visibility on sales expectations to support buying and capacity decisions.
6. Work collaboratively with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned planning.
7. Prepare clear and insightful reports for senior management to support decision-making.
8. Contribute to business cases for new projects and long-term planning initiatives.

1. 5–8 years of experience in Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
2. Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury is a strong plus.
3. Previous exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or Open-to-Buy processes.

1. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
2. Mandatory experience with Anaplan and Power BI.
3. Good understanding of financial and sales planning concepts.
4. Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence different stakeholders.
6. Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
7. Clear communicator, able to simplify complex information.
8. Fluent in English.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar analytical role, with a preference for experience in fashion, retail, or luxury sectors.
