- Lead and enhance the Best Estimate and Open-to-Buy processes across all regions, ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Analyze sales performance and trends to develop robust forecasts and challenge assumptions when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to review Best Estimate proposals and improve forecast quality.
- Monitor key performance indicators, explain deviations, and drive corrective actions.
- Provide clear visibility on sales expectations to support buying and capacity decisions.
- Work collaboratively with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to ensure aligned planning.
- Prepare clear and insightful reports for senior management to support decision-making.
- Contribute to business cases for new projects and long-term planning initiatives.
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar analytical role.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury is a strong plus.
- Previous exposure to forecasting, budgeting, or Open-to-Buy processes.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Mandatory experience with Anaplan and Power BI.
- Good understanding of financial and sales planning concepts.
- Strong analytical mindset with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence different stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communicator, able to simplify complex information.
- Fluent in English.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, or a similar analytical role, with a preference for experience in fashion, retail, or luxury sectors.
