- Achieve and consistently surpass monthly and annual sales objectives and individual KPIs through proactive clientelling and consultative selling.
- Deliver personalised, high-touch service that deepens long-term client relationships and showcases deep knowledge of Loewe’s products, heritage and craftsmanship.
- Maintain and update the client book and CRM records accurately to capture customer preferences, contacts and sales activity for follow-up and segmentation.
- Drive client outreach and event promotion via personalised emails, phone calls and handwritten notes to maximise traffic and conversion.
- Contribute to product presentation and visual merchandising in accordance with Loewe’s store standards to preserve brand image.
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom organisation, support inventory control, receiving, and shipping as required.
- Resolve client issues promptly, coordinating shipping, alterations and after-sales service to uphold service excellence.
- Foster a collaborative, communicative team environment and support general housekeeping to maintain the Maison’s image.
- Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets while cultivating lasting client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting.
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to collaborate across functions and support store initiatives.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holiday periods as business requires.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous but not required.

Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience with demonstrable results in client development and KPI attainment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary education in fashion, business, retail or a related field preferred.
