Loewe Sales Assistant

1. Greet and welcome all clients, ensuring they are properly advised on the collections.
2. Fulfill individual and store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner while building strong relationships with clients.
3. Gather and collate clients' CRM details to build the client book, follow-up with clients, and maintain relationships.
4. Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Loewe's visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Follow procedures and respect standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior.
6. Actively drive product knowledge by following the latest fashion trends, participating in in-store training, staying updated on all collections, and searching out relevant information on products.

3. Chinese Speaker. Proficient in English and Italian.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in a luxury or high fashion environment is required, with proven experience selling ready-to-wear and/or leather goods.
