1. Greet and welcome clients, providing expert advice on collections.
2. Achieve individual and store sales objectives with professionalism and confidence.
3. Collect and manage client CRM details to build and maintain client relationships.
4. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Follow company procedures and uphold standards and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior.
6. Enhance product knowledge by staying informed on fashion trends and participating in training.

1. Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in a luxury or high fashion environment.
2. Proven experience in selling ready-to-wear and/or leather goods.

1. Proficiency in Chinese, English, and Italian.
2. Ability to present collections creatively and confidently.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
