1. Act as a business partner for Retail Leaders and Store Managers, supporting business priorities with commercial acumen.
2. Align with the Regional Training Strategy by communicating with the Head Of Retail Learning.
3. Shape and execute an effective learning strategy in partnership with the EMEA Head of Learning.
4. Deliver product and client experience trainings to ensure maximum coverage and impact.
5. Innovate training formats to enhance team knowledge retention and develop local tools as needed.
6. Organize and facilitate elevated Retail classroom onboarding for new hires.
7. Oversee the in-store onboarding path for new joiners.
8. Communicate a clear training deployment calendar aligned with store needs.
9. Partner with store management for morning briefings and business updates.
10. Define individual training and coaching plans with store management.
11. Ensure 100% completion of e-learning modules.
12. Report on client experience KPIs and implement store and market action plans.
13. Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor launches, and industry events.
14. Manage the Learning Budget effectively.

1. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a retail/training management role.
2. Joyful, optimistic attitude in line with LOEWE values.
3. Leadership skills to engage and inspire a diverse team.
4. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
5. Confident communicator with initiative.
6. Fluent in English and Arabic.
7. Availability to travel extensively within the region.
8. Coaching certification is a plus.
