1. Review and update HR standards, policies, and programs in line with business needs and legal regulations.
2. Enhance retail performance through data-driven strategies and goal setting, including KPIs and incentives.
3. Serve as the primary HR contact for internal and external audits.
4. Oversee the recruitment process, including needs assessment, profiling, selection, interviewing, and onboarding for the assigned region.
5. Manage internal mobility processes and ensure effective talent allocation.
6. Develop and recommend employee relations practices to foster a positive work environment and high employee morale.
7. Manage employee communication and feedback to address talent attraction and retention.
8. Develop labor-related preventive measures and instruct store managers on their application.
9. Collaborate with Loewe HQ L&D team and LVMH/Fashion Group to curate and deploy training programs.
10. Conduct training needs analyses and devise impactful development programs.
11. Facilitate career dialogues to uncover potential and develop career trajectories with retail managers.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an HR role.
3. HRBP experience in the retail industry, particularly with responsibility for multiple stores, is highly preferred.
4. In-depth knowledge of organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and labor laws in Japan.
