Loewe Omnichannel Project Manager

1. Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
2. Support the planning and execution of e-commerce and omnichannel projects.
3. Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
4. Coordinate with development, QA, and UX/UI teams during project delivery.
5. Communicate project updates and roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
6. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and validate developments.
7. Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.
8. Monitor project performance using KPIs and support continuous improvement.

1. 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or E-commerce roles.
2. Previous exposure to e-commerce platforms, with SFCC knowledge being advantageous.
3. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
4. Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

4. Understanding of user experience and customer journeys.
5. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Office 365.
