Loewe Omnichannel Project Manager

- Gather and translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.
- Support the planning and execution of e-commerce and omnichannel projects.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and UX/UI teams during project delivery.
- Communicate project updates and roadmaps to internal stakeholders.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases and validate developments.
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and support continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or E-commerce roles.
- Previous exposure to e-commerce platforms, with SFCC knowledge being advantageous.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to work across teams and bridge business needs with technical solutions.
- Structured, proactive, and autonomous work style.
- Understanding of user experience and customer journeys.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Office 365.
