1. Anticipate work volumes and collaborate with the Planning & Inventory Department Manager to meet productivity targets.
2. Establish and formalize procedures in the logistics area, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
3. Communicate material and human resource needs to guarantee service.
4. Ensure economic efficiency in the logistics area, contributing to the distribution center's success.
5. Monitor, analyze, and communicate KPIs, developing action plans for improvement.
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging idea contribution and decision-making.
7. Conduct individual performance follow-ups and annual development interviews with team members.
8. Collaborate with HR and Logistics Management on team professional projects, identifying training and development needs.
9. Foster an open, attractive culture and healthy working environment, establishing collective management routines.
10. Promote health and safety culture by exemplifying compliance with company rules.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations.
2. Experience managing complex and diverse teams is advantageous.
3. Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
4. Adaptability and flexibility to work afternoon shifts.
5. Proficiency in English at B2 level.
