Loewe Dual Store Manager — Saint-Tropez & Courchevel

- Lead and develop the teams across the Saint‑Tropez and Courchevel boutiques through regular coaching, recruitment and succession planning to ensure high performance and talent retention.
- Role‑model and train the team on client engagement and the selling ceremony, ensuring a consistently exceptional, personalised customer experience and high clienteling standards.
- Drive top‑line sales and category development by defining and executing targeted action plans, monitoring KPIs, and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Expand and maintain the client database, promote after‑sales service excellence and strengthen client loyalty through proactive outreach and events.
- Ensure operational excellence: implement company policies, retail tools and processes for FOH and BOH, maintain inventory accuracy and oversee health & safety, store facilities and grooming standards.
- Represent the brand locally, build networks, gather market and competitor insights, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to capitalise on market opportunities.
- Minimum five years' experience in luxury retail with proven experience leading store teams to commercial success.
- Fluent in English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven ability to recruit, coach and develop talent; strong people‑management and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion, leather goods, and contemporary art and culture; client‑centric mindset.
