- Lead and manage a team to achieve business goals, fostering a cooperative and high-performance environment.
- Set and review individual and team goals, providing coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent in collaboration with the Store Manager, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Role model sales techniques and support team members in achieving their KPIs.
- Cultivate long-lasting client relationships using available resources and tools.
- Communicate company messages effectively during briefings and meetings.
- Ensure seamless onboarding for new team members.
- Manage customer flow to provide exceptional service and maintain a client-centric mindset.
- Drive sales for an assigned product category, analyzing performance and implementing improvement actions.
- Enhance the team's product knowledge to boost sales and cross-selling.
- Provide feedback to the regional team on product performance and market insights.
- Oversee store operations in the absence of senior management, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and manage inventory effectively.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the managed product category and client-centric mindset.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence as a team player.
- Agility and creativity in solution development.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
