Loewe Consolidation & Reporting Controller (Maternity Cover)

1. Support preparation of group-level financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, alignment and consistency across regions and business units.
2. Contribute to the monthly closing process covering sales, opex, margin reconciliation, system checks and reporting deliverables.
3. Perform P&L analysis and variance analysis versus forecast; identify and communicate actionable insights to management.
4. Coordinate and consolidate information with global controlling teams, responding to ad‑hoc information requests and queries.
5. Prepare and manage weekly sales and brand desirables reports and handle last‑minute reporting requests.
6. Support the Consolidation team in monthly presentation reviews (including HR/payroll visibility and related reconciliations).
7. Participate in budgeting, landing and forecasting exercises together with global controllers.
8. Contribute to building and maintaining a single source of truth within the consolidation function to enhance reporting reliability and timeliness.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in controlling, audit, consolidation or similar financial roles (experience within luxury, fashion or retail is advantageous).
2. Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
3. Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across countries and functions.
4. Excellent attention to detail and the capacity to deliver under tight month‑end deadlines.
5. Curiosity, adaptability and comfort working in a fast‑paced international environment.

At least 3 years of professional experience in financial controlling, audit, consolidation or related roles. Prior exposure to luxury, retail or fashion businesses is a differentiator. Experience with consolidation and planning tools (Syrus, EPM, Anaplan) and month‑end reporting routines is highly valued.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; a relevant postgraduate qualification or professional accounting certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.
