Loewe Client Advisor

1. Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
2. Deliver personalised, high-touch customer service to cultivate long-term client relationships and loyalty.
3. Maintain deep product knowledge of LOEWE collections and brand heritage to advise clients effectively.
4. Use CRM tools to record client data, manage the client book, and execute targeted outreach (email, phone, personalised notes).
5. Support visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor and stockroom meet LOEWE image and presentation standards.
6. Assist with shipping, receiving and basic inventory control as required; ensure accurate sales and client records.
7. Promote store events and drive attendance through direct client communication and follow-up.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment and contribute to general housekeeping and store presentation.

1. Minimum three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding individual and store sales targets.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong organisational follow-through.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and adapt to varied customer needs.
5. Team-oriented mindset and demonstrated collaboration skills.
6. Availability for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of luxury fashion sales experience within a retail environment, with a demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred but not required.
