1. Achieve individual and store sales objectives.
2. Provide exceptional and memorable client experiences through engaging interactions.
3. Develop and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
4. Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, messages, or personalized notes.
5. Master and convey the brand's history and heritage.
6. Showcase product categories through expert product knowledge and storytelling.
7. Expand and update client information in company systems.
8. Collaborate effectively as a team player to meet store objectives.
9. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
10. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
11. Assist with inventory management and other back of house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar customer-centric role.
