- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch client experiences that build enduring relationships and loyalty.
- Maintain deep product and brand knowledge to advise clients on Loewe’s collections and heritage.
- Use CRM tools to record client data, manage a client book, and execute targeted outreach (email, phone, notes).
- Support visual presentation and merchandising to Loewe’s image standards on the sales floor.
- Ensure stockroom organisation, support inventory control, and assist with shipping/receiving as required.
- Promote and support in‑store events and follow up promptly on client enquiries, alterations, and special requests.
- Foster teamwork and open communication with colleagues to enhance store performance and workplace environment.
- Minimum three years’ luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of surpassing individual and store sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong organisation and follow‑through.
- Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to diverse client needs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaborative instincts.
- Foreign language skills are a plus but not required.

Minimum three years of luxury fashion retail sales experience, with demonstrable success in achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and working within a high‑end retail environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certification in retail, fashion, or luxury brand management preferred.
