1. Prepare budgets and forecasts on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and year-to-date basis.
2. Develop presentation packages for budget and monthly reporting using PowerPoint.
3. Create and implement new methods for effective planning and review of the profit and loss statements.
4. Identify potential risks and opportunities within the business structure and propose improvement measures.
5. Ensure data accuracy during reporting and monthly closings.
6. Coordinate accounting-related decisions in collaboration with the Accounting department.
7. Prepare basic monthly sales, cost, and KPI reports for external and internal partners.
8. Review weekly and monthly sales reports prepared by the BPC Assistant Manager.
9. Provide insights and findings for any irregular movements to superiors.
10. Support the Finance Director on specific topics when necessary.
11. Demonstrate leadership and train team members, particularly the BPC Assistant Manager.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
2. Business fluency in English and excellent communication skills in written and spoken Japanese; proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous.
3. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM fields; CPA certification is a plus.

1. Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
2. Knowledge and experience with ERP software.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
4. Challenging mindset, capable of questioning the status quo.
5. Ability to perform in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments.
6. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
