Loewe Business Planning & Control Manager

- Prepare budgets and forecasts on an annual, quarterly, monthly, and year-to-date basis.
- Develop presentation packages for budget and monthly reporting using PowerPoint.
- Create and implement new methods for effective planning and review of the profit and loss statements.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within the business structure and propose improvement measures.
- Ensure data accuracy during reporting and monthly closings.
- Coordinate accounting-related decisions in collaboration with the Accounting department.
- Prepare basic monthly sales, cost, and KPI reports for external and internal partners.
- Review weekly and monthly sales reports prepared by the BPC Assistant Manager.
- Provide insights and findings for any irregular movements to superiors.
- Support the Finance Director on specific topics when necessary.
- Demonstrate leadership and train team members, particularly the BPC Assistant Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
- Business fluency in English and excellent communication skills in written and spoken Japanese; proficiency in French or Spanish is advantageous.
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM fields; CPA certification is a plus.
- Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge and experience with ERP software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Challenging mindset, capable of questioning the status quo.
- Ability to perform in high-pressure and time-sensitive environments.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM fields; CPA certification is a plus.
