Loewe Logistics Assistant Manager

1. Oversee import and export arrangements, including regional transfers, lead time control, and 3PL management.
2. Coordinate the import and delivery of non-merchandise items in collaboration with internal divisions.
3. Ensure compliance with import and customs regulations, including EPA, TQ, CITES, and others.
4. Manage insurance claims and coordinate with insurance companies for damaged goods.
5. Prepare monthly and annual reports for purchasing and import expenses.
6. Verify invoices and issue payment requests to the finance team.
7. Manage domestic transportation of imported products to retail and outlet stores in Japan.
8. Enhance warehouse operation efficiency by monitoring KPIs.
9. Support store opening and closing projects, including delivery schedule control.
10. Assist in managing warehouse daily operations and local delivery vendors.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Over 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably in the retail or luxury sector
3. Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures
4. Experience in managing 3PLs, freight forwarders, and warehouse operations
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills in both English and Japanese

5. Strong teamwork skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
