1. Prepare budgets and forecasts for company OPEX.
2. Develop new methods to review OPEX effectively, supporting the BPC Manager.
3. Ensure accuracy of data and information during reporting and monthly closings.
4. Coordinate accounting-related decisions with the Accounting department.
5. Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales reports for LVMH Reporting and Fashion Group Finance teams.
6. Provide insights from week-on-week sales evolution to the BPC Manager.
7. Support the BPC Manager in PL consolidation and internal reporting.
8. Assist in building the financial calendar and improving process planning and delivery control.
9. Support Internal Control/COGS BPC Manager as needed.

1. 3 to 5+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Business fluency in English and excellent communication skills in written and spoken Japanese.
3. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM fields; CPA is a plus.

1. Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
2. Knowledge and experience in ERP software is advantageous.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
4. Challenging mindset, capable of questioning the status quo.
5. Ability to perform in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.
6. Teamwork-oriented with a collaborative approach.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM fields.
