Loewe Business Planning & Control Assistant Manager

1. Prepare budgets and forecasts for company OPEX.
2. Create and build new methods to effectively review OPEX, supporting the BPC Manager.
3. Monitor the accuracy of data and information during reporting and monthly closings.
4. Coordinate accounting-related decisions in collaboration with the Accounting department.
5. Prepare basic weekly and monthly sales reports for LVMH Reporting and Fashion Group Finance teams.
6. Provide insights from week-on-week sales evolution to the BPC Manager.
7. Support the BPC Manager in PL consolidation and internal reporting.
8. Assist in building the financial calendar and improving process planning and delivery control.
9. Support Internal control/COGS BPC Manager when necessary.

1. 3 to 5+ years of working experience in FP&A, preferably in the retail industry.
2. Business fluent in English and excellent communication in written and spoken Japanese.
3. University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM; CPA is a plus.

1. Strong mastery of Microsoft Excel.
2. Knowledge and experience in any ERP software is a plus.
3. Detail-oriented with excellent organization and critical thinking skills.
4. Challenging mindset, not afraid to challenge the status quo.
5. Ability to perform in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
6. Teamwork skills.

Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in the retail industry.

University degree in Finance, Accounting, or STEM; CPA is a plus.
