- Advise managers on strategic HR issues, including change management, organizational development, and managerial culture.
- Oversee the professional journey of employees within the designated scope.
- Support managers in all HR-related decisions concerning their teams.
- Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Identify and address training and development needs to support employee growth and business objectives.
- Manage personnel administration, including contracts and administrative follow-up.
- Handle disciplinary matters and liaise with other departments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with social legislation.
- Contribute to the implementation of HR policies, including annual reviews and talent assessments.
- Participate in the execution of the salary policy and coordinate social agreements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably in the food distribution or hospitality industry.
- Strong operational focus and proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build quality relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for the food industry and talent identification.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Solid knowledge of labor law.
- Recognized for rigor and ability to work autonomously.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role, ideally within the food distribution or hospitality sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
