1. Assist in the opening of the fish counter and ensure the display of products while adhering to expiration dates, stock management, labeling, and daily replenishment.
2. Welcome and advise high-end clientele by understanding their needs.
3. Prepare and present products, offering tastings to boost complementary sales.
4. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fish counter.
5. Support in closing duties and contribute to the daily operations of the section, including cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.

1. Enrollment in a CFA fishmongery program
2. Successful initial experience in a similar role
3. Strong interest in sales and gastronomy

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a vocational training in fishmongery.
