1. Process supplier invoicing flows.
2. Create and maintain supplier records in SAP.
3. Ensure the accuracy of entries in supplier invoicing flows for assigned departments.
4. Address invoicing anomalies in SAP.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
6. Analyze and justify supplier accounts, ensuring follow-up and reminders.
7. Manage exceptional payments such as advances.
8. Monitor Dailly invoices by brand.
9. Manage supplier account conditions, resolving disputes on conditional invoices.
10. Monitor invoicing flow evolution with the Deputy Accounts Payable Manager according to internal processes.
11. Communicate and report information to the direct supervisor.
12. Analyze and justify VAT DEB declarations.
13. Manage intercompany store accounts.
14. Participate actively in team activities.
