- Greet guests, manage phone lines, and handle deliveries and mail.
- Ensure office appearance and maintenance align with Kering's image standards.
- Coordinate meeting and training room schedules and logistics.
- Oversee group meeting arrangements, including catering and technology support.
- Collaborate with the in-house cafe for catering needs and manage related budgets.
- Maintain a centralized event calendar for location engagement activities.
- Coordinate office setup for new hires, including badges and keys.
- Support employee engagement events and manage vendor access.
- Manage budgets and invoicing for Hospitality team programs.
- Maintain office supplies and manage related orders and invoices.
- Distribute RFID tokens for electric vehicle charging stations.
- Manage executive leaders' calendars and travel arrangements.
- Perform administrative duties for select executive leaders.
- Coordinate team meetings and manage related logistics.
- Complete and verify expense reports for select executive leaders.
- Approve departmental invoices and manage vendor services.
- Foster team culture through celebrations and team-building activities.
- Adapt to changes in schedules and plans with flexibility.
- 2+ years of experience in a retail or office setting.
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong organizational skills and solutions-focused outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and ownership.
- Professionalism in all interactions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a commitment to teamwork.
- Graphic design experience is a plus.

$35.00 - $45.00 per hour plus incentives.
