1. Manage and monitor Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status daily.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bank and merchant data updates.
3. Provide administrative support, including assistance with bank and merchant application forms.
4. Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
5. Assist with Bank Guarantee applications and renewals.
6. Support daily cash pooling interest postings in EBS and system.
7. Coordinate bank form signatures via email and follow up on status.
8. Engage in additional tasks or projects to expand knowledge in Treasury and SAP systems.
9. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
10. Report directly to the Senior Treasurer APAC.

1. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Multilingual capabilities in English, Malay, and Mandarin are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage and communicate with various stakeholders.

No prior experience required, ideal for current students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Internship allowance of RM1,500 monthly.

Interns will gain valuable experience in a global finance shared services environment, with opportunities to learn about Treasury and SAP systems.
