1. Manage the status of Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) on a daily basis.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bank and merchant data updates.
3. Provide administrative support, including assistance with bank and merchant application forms.
4. Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
5. Assist with Bank Guarantee applications and renewals.
6. Support daily cash pooling interest postings in EBS and related systems.
7. Coordinate bank form signatures via email and follow up on status.
8. Participate in additional tasks or projects to gain insights into Treasury and SAP systems.
9. Report to the Senior Treasurer APAC.

1. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Multilingual capabilities, with English, Malay, and Mandarin being advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to communicate and manage various stakeholders effectively.

No prior experience required, suitable for students or recent graduates.

Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Internship allowance of RM1,500 monthly.
