4. Oversee the Workday Recruiter ATS and conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
5. Facilitate recruitment events and influence managerial decisions in alignment with company interests.
6. Ensure fair and inclusive recruitment practices and manage stakeholder relationships.
7. Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand DNA and market dynamics to create talent pools.
8. Promote internal mobility within Kering and maintain recruitment trackers for accurate reporting.
9. Collaborate with HR teams to define and adapt job descriptions and ensure compliance with UK legislation.

1. Experience in talent acquisition within the luxury retail sector is highly desirable.
2. Knowledge of high-volume retail recruitment and UK recruitment legislation.
