- Extract and analyze shipment data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in budget monitoring and maintain the Interlog dashboard for budget accuracy.
- Support data quality by cleaning account and master data in systems.
- Update budget forecasts with data from transport providers.
- Conduct performance monitoring and data validation for transport and customs.
- Maintain sustainability tracking tools by normalizing and importing data files.
- Prepare customized reports and data files for internal requests.
- Create and maintain documentation for recurring activities and procedural workflows.
- Provide overall team support, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to performance dashboards.
- Excellent team collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
- Curiosity and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in logistics and data analysis is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields.
