1. Design and implement omnichannel and data components, ensuring consistency and support with delivery leads.
2. Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.
3. Lead design phases, modifying system interactions and identifying necessary configurations and developments.
4. Manage data strategy, including data ingestion and utilization.
5. Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams and lead projects with various stakeholders.
6. Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs.
7. Supervise and support external and internal resources, managing external staffing as needed.
8. Maintain quality of technical documentation and contribute to process documentation.
9. Assist in analyzing production incidents and track design planning.
10. Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases and follow up on build phases.

1. Fluency in French and English.
2. Proficiency in project management, including requirements gathering and coordination.
3. Experience presenting design work to stakeholders.
4. Autonomous work style with remote teams.
5. Experience managing external resources.

1. Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites.
2. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
3. Technical and functional skills acquisition.
4. Experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
5. Functional understanding of OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni.
6. Mastery of interactions between OMS, Front, POS, Store Mobile App, ERP, and other systems.
7. Proficiency with technical tools such as Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, S3.
8. Experience in a fast-paced environment.

2+ years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems, with a strong functional understanding of OMS and related systems.
