Kering Tech Omnichannel Specialist

- Design and implement omnichannel and data components, ensuring consistency and support with delivery leads.
- Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.
- Lead design phases, modifying system interactions and identifying necessary configurations and developments.
- Manage data strategy, including data ingestion and utilization.
- Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams and lead projects with various stakeholders.
- Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs.
- Supervise and support external and internal resources, managing external staffing as needed.
- Maintain quality of technical documentation and contribute to process documentation.
- Assist in analyzing production incidents and track design planning.
- Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases and follow up on build phases.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in project management, including requirements gathering and coordination.
- Experience presenting design work to stakeholders.
- Autonomous work style with remote teams.
- Experience managing external resources.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Technical and functional skills acquisition.
- Experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
- Functional understanding of OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni.
- Mastery of interactions between OMS, Front, POS, Store Mobile App, ERP, and other systems.
- Proficiency with technical tools such as Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, S3.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
2+ years of experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems, with a strong functional understanding of OMS and related systems.
