1. Design and evolve the architecture of shared backend components including APIs, sessions, and micro-services.
2. Define and enforce development best practices, ensuring adherence to testability and security standards.
3. Provide technical oversight for the Core Platform team, including code reviews and pull request validations.
4. Define integration contracts and document features to support cross-team adoption.
5. Collaborate closely with Delivery, SRE, DevOps, Security, and Product teams.
6. Monitor the reliability, performance, and reusability of platform components.

1. 6–10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years as a Tech Lead.
2. Strong expertise in backend architecture, web APIs, distributed systems, and CI/CD.
3. Proficient in cloud-native environments such as AWS and GCP.
4. Familiarity with secure development, scalability, and observability standards.
5. Fluency in both English and French.

1. Clear and structured communication skills with the ability to lead by influence.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Ability to mentor and challenge engineers across teams.
4. Autonomy, proactivity, and accountability.
5. Technical proficiency in Node.js and composable backends.

6–10 years in software engineering, including at least 2 years in a Tech Lead position.
