- Design and oversee components related to omnichannel and data topics, ensuring consistency and support with delivery leads.
- Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.
- Lead design phases, modifying system interactions and identifying configurations and developments needed in applications.
- Manage data strategy, including data ingestion and utilization.
- Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams.
- Lead projects during preliminary phases, collaborating with stakeholders across various departments.
- Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs.
- Supervise and support external and internal resources, managing external staffing as needed.
- Provide cross-functional support as Design Authority across the full scope.
- Maintain quality technical documentation during design phases.
- Contribute to process documentation with business and support teams.
- Assist in analyzing production incidents escalated to build teams.
- Track and maintain design planning from scoping to detailed design.
- Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases.
- Follow up on build phases, realigning build teams as necessary.
- 5+ years of experience in relevant fields.
- Experience in integrating or configuring e-commerce systems.
- Strong functional understanding of an OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni.
- Experience with PSP, ERP, or WMS systems is advantageous.
- Project management skills, including requirements gathering and analysis.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Office suites.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience managing and supervising external resources.
- Proficiency with technical tools such as Kafka Queues, Microservices, APIs, and monitoring tools like Kibana.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology integration or e-commerce systems configuration is required.
