1. Design and oversee omnichannel and data components, ensuring consistency and support with delivery leads.
2. Provide high-level technical estimates for initiative prioritization.
3. Design new features modifying system interactions and identify necessary configurations and developments.
4. Manage data strategy, including data ingestion and utilization.
5. Coordinate with Architecture and Enterprise teams.
6. Lead projects during preliminary phases with various stakeholders.
7. Act as Design Authority, making decisions and proposing trade-offs.
8. Supervise and support external and internal resources.
9. Manage external staffing for the team.
10. Maintain quality of technical documentation and contribute to process documentation.
11. Analyze production incidents and track design planning.
12. Support Gate 1 and Gate 2 phases and follow up on build phases.

1. 5+ years of experience in tech integration or e-commerce systems.
2. Experience with OMS, ideally Manhattan Active Omni, and other systems like PSP, ERP, or WMS.
3. Proficiency with integration tools such as Kafka Queues, Microservices, and APIs.

1. Project management, including requirements gathering and workshop organization.
2. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
3. Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in Italian as a plus.
4. Experience with technical tools like Postman, Kibana, and Athena.

A minimum of 5 years in tech integration or e-commerce systems, with a strong functional understanding of OMS and related systems.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
