1. Draft, analyze, review, and negotiate a wide range of IT contracts, primarily in English, including software licensing, SaaS/PaaS, and outsourcing agreements.
2. Collaborate closely with the IT Procurement Team to provide legal input on tender processes and lead contract negotiations.
3. Advise on legal matters related to IT, technology, and digital initiatives.
4. Provide expertise on IT and digital aspects of various contracts.
5. Identify potential risks in IT contracts and advise stakeholders accordingly.
6. Support the Head of Legal Tech and Digital in implementing projects and improving contract templates.
7. Assist in ensuring compliance with privacy legislation and internal cybersecurity policies.
8. Promote efficient working methods through legal transformation processes.
9. Conduct training sessions for KTD personnel on IT and digital legal topics.
10. Draft legal documents, memoranda, and meeting reports.
11. Stay informed on legal developments in the IT and digital sectors.
12. Manage and oversee external legal counsel as needed.

1. Master's degree in tech law, digital law, or a related field.
2. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or within an international law firm's IT and Tech Department.
3. Proficiency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of French contract law and IT/Tech law.
5. Understanding of GDPR and data protection laws.
6. Familiarity with general commercial law.

4-5 years in a similar position or within an international law firm's IT and Tech Department.

Master's degree in tech law, digital law, or a related field.
