Kering Tax Compliance Manager

- Ensure compliant and timely tax accounting operations across all countries within the SSC's scope, covering indirect taxes (VAT), corporate tax, withholding taxes, and associated declarations.
- Harmonize processes, strengthen internal controls, and coordinate tax accounting matters between the SSC, brands, Group Tax Department, and internal audits.
- Oversee all tax compliance activities, playing a key role in the governance and continuous improvement of tax processes within SSC Europe.
- Lead CIT and VAT declarations, ensuring data quality, deliverable reliability, and consistency across operational teams.
- Define and maintain tax guidelines and VAT decision trees to enhance accounting quality and mitigate risks.
- Ensure strict adherence to group tax policies, execute and document key internal controls, and maintain compliance schedules.
- Monitor residual risks, communicate critical issues to stakeholders, and coordinate corrective actions.
- Contribute to the harmonization of VAT and CIT processes by analyzing country discrepancies, optimizing tax codes, and reducing manual interventions.
- Act as the tax reference for digitalization projects, ensuring functional and regulatory compliance of e-invoicing and e-reporting solutions.
- Define and track KPIs to measure performance and guide continuous improvement plans.
- Collaborate closely with P2P, OTC, IC, and RTR teams to prevent errors, clarify rules, and enhance operational quality.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions to strengthen tax culture within the SSC.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing environment, promoting cooperation and continuous progress.
- Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance; professional certification (DSCG, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment.
- Proficiency in SAP; experience with e-invoicing/e-reporting platforms is advantageous.
- Strong English proficiency for daily international work environment.
- Excellent Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
Previous experience in tax compliance within a shared services environment is required.
Degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance.
