- Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses for Group Talent Review.
- Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
- Synthesize key learnings into clear presentations tailored to various audiences.
- Monitor and ensure timely execution of talent development actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
- Consolidate data and provide regular feedback on performance reviews by House.
- Support Houses in utilizing systems and tools for quality execution.
- Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
- Conduct analyses to identify key areas for development.
- Assist in preparing for the next performance review campaign.
- Support ad hoc projects with high-quality data analysis and presentation.
- Facilitate meetings related to talent projects.
- Enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, or equivalent).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is recommended.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill key messages from data.
- Proficiency in data analysis and Excel for handling large datasets.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- Autonomous with a strong drive.
- Interest in talent development.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, subject to on-site assessment.
No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with data analysis and talent management processes is beneficial.
Master's degree in progress (Business, Engineering, or related field).
