1. Consolidate quantitative and qualitative insights from Kering Houses for Group Talent Review.
2. Prepare macro and micro analyses to identify achievements and areas for improvement.
3. Synthesize key learnings into clear presentations tailored to various audiences.
4. Monitor and ensure timely execution of talent development actions.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders including HRIS, Talent Partners, and external providers.
6. Consolidate data and provide regular feedback on performance reviews by House.
7. Support Houses in utilizing systems and tools for quality execution.
8. Prepare materials and logistics for regular meetings with Houses.
9. Conduct analyses to identify key areas for development.
10. Assist in preparing for the next performance review campaign.
11. Support ad hoc projects with high-quality data analysis and presentation.
12. Facilitate meetings related to talent projects.

1. Enrolled in a Master’s program (Business, Engineering, or equivalent).
2. Fluent in English; proficiency in French is recommended.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill key messages from data.
2. Proficiency in data analysis and Excel for handling large datasets.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and planning abilities.
4. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
5. Autonomous with a strong drive.
6. Interest in talent development.
7. Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, subject to on-site assessment.

No specific prior experience required, but familiarity with data analysis and talent management processes is beneficial.

Master's degree in progress (Business, Engineering, or related field).
