Kering Sustainability IT Specialist

Kering Technologies is the Group division responsible for delivering IT solutions and platforms that serve cross-brand services, linking business needs with IT infrastructures.

1. Serve as Service Owner for sustainability-related IT applications and platforms, ensuring availability, performance and continuous improvement.
2. Define and manage service levels (SLAs) and operational governance with internal teams and external vendors.
3. Coordinate and oversee incident, problem and change management activities for Sustainability systems.
4. Partner with Sustainability teams and corporate functions to translate business requirements into functional specifications and IT initiatives.
5. Facilitate stakeholder workshops to structure requirements, prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory constraints.
6. Lead or contribute to IT projects across the full lifecycle: requirements, solution design, vendor selection, implementation, testing, deployment and transition to run.
7. Conduct market benchmarks and technology assessments for ESG data management, carbon footprint measurement, environmental performance monitoring and sustainability reporting solutions.
8. Support portfolio management and roadmap planning for Sustainability IT capabilities; prepare reporting for governance bodies and track delivery progress and benefits.
9. Promote continuous improvement in platform functionality, data quality, reporting and user adoption across the Sustainability digital ecosystem.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Sustainability or a related field.
2. 3–5 years of experience in IT application management, service ownership or IT project delivery.
3. Proven ability to translate business needs into structured IT solutions and functional specifications.
4. Experience with Sustainability, ESG or regulatory reporting solutions is a strong plus.
5. Solid understanding of IT service management and project delivery frameworks.
6. Experience in application lifecycle management and vendor coordination.
7. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in international, cross-functional environments.
8. Fluent English required; French is a plus.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT application management, service ownership or project delivery. Prior exposure to Sustainability/ESG IT solutions or regulatory reporting strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Sustainability or related field.
