Kering Sustainability IT Specialist

- Serve as Service Owner for sustainability-related IT applications and platforms, ensuring availability, performance and continuous improvement.
- Define and manage service levels (SLAs) and operational governance with internal teams and external vendors.
- Coordinate and oversee incident, problem and change management activities for Sustainability systems.
- Partner with Sustainability teams and corporate functions to translate business requirements into functional specifications and IT initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to structure requirements, prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with regulatory constraints.
- Lead or contribute to IT projects across the full lifecycle: requirements, solution design, vendor selection, implementation, testing, deployment and transition to run.
- Conduct market benchmarks and technology assessments for ESG data management, carbon footprint measurement, environmental performance monitoring and sustainability reporting solutions.
- Support portfolio management and roadmap planning for Sustainability IT capabilities; prepare reporting for governance bodies and track delivery progress and benefits.
- Promote continuous improvement in platform functionality, data quality, reporting and user adoption across the Sustainability digital ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Sustainability or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT application management, service ownership or IT project delivery.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into structured IT solutions and functional specifications.
- Experience with Sustainability, ESG or regulatory reporting solutions is a strong plus.
- Solid understanding of IT service management and project delivery frameworks.
- Experience in application lifecycle management and vendor coordination.
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable in international, cross-functional environments.

3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT application management, service ownership or project delivery. Prior exposure to Sustainability/ESG IT solutions or regulatory reporting strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Sustainability or related field.
