Kering Sustainability and Corporate Tech Senior Manager

1. Define and own the multi-year transformation roadmap for Sustainability, Legal, Privacy, Security, Facilities, Audit, Insurance, General Services, and Health & Safety, aligning with Group strategy and regulatory requirements.
2. Translate regulatory, operational, and strategic constraints into actionable programs and investment choices.
3. Manage the global budget for the portfolio, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost rationalization.
4. Design and implement Group-level governance frameworks, including steering committees and decision forums.
5. Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team, fostering accountability and performance.
6. Drive effective collaboration across Corporate functions, IT teams, and Houses.
7. Establish a scalable program management and governance model applicable across additional Corporate domains.

1. Extensive experience managing complex, large-scale programs in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
2. Proven experience in leading teams and managing significant budgets.
3. Strong strategic mindset with the ability to shape vision and drive execution.
4. Highly credible with senior stakeholders, capable of influencing and advising at C-level.
5. Fluent in English and French.
