1. Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
2. Conduct audits to evaluate potential risks and record irregularities in alignment with Kering's risk policy.
3. Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
4. Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
5. Evaluate and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
6. Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
7. Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and provide rigorous follow-up on all irregularities.
8. Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.

1. Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
2. Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
3. Knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.

1. Analytical problem-solving abilities.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Strong communication skills in Italian and English; Chinese is a plus.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in social or environmental auditing, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
