- Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
- Conduct audits to assess potential risks, document irregularities, and communicate findings to suppliers.
- Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
- Evaluate and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
- Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses, ensuring rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
- Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.
- Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
- Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
- Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.
- In-depth knowledge of SA8000 international standard.
- Familiarity with Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian, Chinese, and English; French is advantageous.
Previous experience in social or environmental auditing is required, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.
Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
