1. Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
2. Conduct audits to assess potential risks, document irregularities, and communicate findings to suppliers.
3. Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
4. Evaluate and verify corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
5. Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
6. Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses, ensuring rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
7. Utilize statistical tools to analyze and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.

1. Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
2. Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
3. Comprehensive understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

1. In-depth knowledge of SA8000 international standard.
2. Familiarity with Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Excellent communication skills in Italian, Chinese, and English; French is advantageous.

Previous experience in social or environmental auditing is required, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.

Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
