- Ensure compliance with international standards and the Kering Code of Ethics.
- Conduct audits to evaluate potential risks and document irregularities in accordance with Kering's risk policy.
- Communicate audit results and outputs to suppliers and manage audit documentation.
- Perform audits primarily in Italy, with occasional international travel.
- Assess and evaluate corrective actions implemented by suppliers.
- Support external audit teams with technical reviews and finalize audit reports.
- Identify and communicate potential risk areas to Kering Houses and ensure rigorous follow-up on irregularities.
- Utilize statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret risk patterns and trends in data sets.
- Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
- Experience in conducting social or environmental audits.
- Robust knowledge of SA8000 international standard and Italian Labor Law and Health and Safety legislation.
- Analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in Italian, Chinese, and English; French is advantageous.
Experience in conducting social or environmental audits, with an understanding of supply chain processes and the manufacturing sector.
Master’s degree in engineering or socio-economic studies.
