Kering Supply Chain & Logistics Support Specialist

1. Manage discrepancies detected by customers on shipments through internal mainframe systems.
2. Investigate root causes of mismatches, missing items, and damages in products across end-to-end flows.
3. Enhance the operational ticketing tool and associated database in collaboration with Kering Technologies.
4. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
5. Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior service quality.
6. Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.

1. High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
2. Experience in logistics flows and shipments.

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with AS400 or SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
4. Proactive team player with flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.

Previous experience in logistics flows and shipments is required.

High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
