Kering Supply Chain & Logistics Support Specialist

1. Manage discrepancies identified by customers in shipments using internal mainframe systems.
2. Investigate and resolve discrepancy reports from the Central Warehouse, Regional Distribution Centers, Stores, and Wholesale Customers.
3. Enhance the Operational ticketing tool and associated database in collaboration with Kering Technologies.
4. Communicate and collaborate with internal departments and external partners to meet customer expectations.
5. Adhere to precision, quality, and timing standards to ensure superior quality service.
6. Facilitate the collection of information to monitor business trends and opportunities.

1. High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
2. Experience in logistics flows and shipments.

1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English.
2. Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to prioritize tasks.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of AS400 or SAP is advantageous.
4. Proactive team player with flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.

Previous experience in logistics and shipment management is required.

High school diploma required; university degree preferred.
