Kering Supply Chain and Logistics Specialist

- Ensure full customs and trade compliance across Southeast Asia and assigned markets, maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory records for all product categories.
- Manage temporary shipments (TIB / Carnets) and CITES-authorised shipments end-to-end, coordinating clearances and documentation.
- Maintain ongoing regulatory surveillance for commodities across covered countries and advise stakeholders on compliance changes and risks.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and governmental agencies to ensure on-time and compliant movement of goods.
- Advise the regional organisation on utilisation of FTAs, preferential duty schemes and other trade facilitation opportunities.
- Execute end-to-end transport management activities, including planning, tracking, exception management and escalation of transportation issues.
- Prepare, deliver and communicate standard and ad hoc reports and KPIs to provide visibility on transportation performance and delivery status.
- Coordinate cross-functional planning meetings with internal teams, retail operations and brand stakeholders to support store openings, seasonal launches and special projects.
- Develop and formalise standard operating procedures and processes for samples, visual merchandise and non-stock retail shipments in the region.
- Drive day-to-day problem solving, identify risks and opportunities, and provide peer mentorship and training to colleagues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or related discipline.
- 2–4 years’ professional experience in retail supply chain, third-party logistics, customs brokerage or trade consultancy.
- Demonstrable knowledge of import/export customs requirements and trade compliance across South‑East Asia.
- Experience working in multinational environments with cross-functional and cross‑geography stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven attention to detail and multi-tasking capability.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and act as a change agent to improve processes.

2–4 years of relevant experience in retail supply chain, third‑party logistics, customs brokerage or trade consultancy, with practical exposure to trade and compliance activities across South‑East Asian markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
