1. Coordinate shipments from suppliers to warehouses, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
2. Manage daily communications with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse teams.
3. Track stock levels and prepare basic reports to maintain operational efficiency.
4. Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and documentation.
5. Escalate operational issues or delays and contribute to practical solutions.
6. Perform administrative tasks to streamline supply chain processes.
7. Support the Manager in extraordinary activities and projects.

1. Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles preferred.
2. Proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French is advantageous.

1. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
2. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
3. Effective team player with flexibility and proactivity.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
