- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documents to support business operations, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and PowerBI.
- Maintain and update supplier data within the system, ensuring data integrity and quality.
- Analyze macro and micro data from various sources to generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, including suppliers, brand contacts, and internal staff.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports for stakeholder use.
- Manage data to ensure timely availability of information for key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in Italian and English, with French as a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Multitasking capability and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and open-mindedness.
- Aptitude for quickly mastering new tools and platforms.
Experience in reading and analyzing economic-corporate reports is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in STEM or economics, or equivalent experience.
