Kering Strategy Analyst

- Conduct comprehensive market, competitive, and product analyses to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic recommendations in areas such as brand positioning, product strategy, pricing, and channel strategy.
- Prepare clear and compelling presentations and reports to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Strategic Projects Director and team to drive project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifts in customer behavior, contributing innovative ideas to maintain the Group's leadership in the luxury market.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
- Experience in the luxury or fashion industry, or on luxury-focused assignments, is highly desirable.
- Master’s degree from a business school or engineering institution; an MBA is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large databases.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French, Italian, or Mandarin is a plus.
1 to 3 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm, with a preference for experience in the luxury or fashion industry.
Master’s degree from a business school or engineering institution; an MBA is a plus.
