Kering Staff Accountant

1. Maintain financial reports, records and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
2. Prepare journal entries, account analyses and reconciliations; support monthly close processes and meet reporting deadlines.
3. Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items promptly.
4. Contribute to the preparation and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
5. Respond to information requests from management and support internal and external audits.
6. Ensure accounting practices comply with US GAAP and internal control policies.
7. Assist the analyst and other finance colleagues with ad-hoc projects and financial inquiries.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
2. Working knowledge of US GAAP and strong numeracy.
3. Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
5. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
6. Analytical problem-solving skills and effective time management.

Minimum of 2+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate accounting or public accounting environment, including general ledger maintenance, month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations and audit support; prior exposure to SAP preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
