- Provide legal advice and support to HR Managers on individual cases and update the economic and social database.
- Develop strategies for disability, senior workforce, and workforce planning.
- Offer operational advice on social relations management and create written materials for HR Business Partners.
- Coordinate and manage projects related to negotiation, implementation, and monitoring of agreements.
- Conduct regular legal monitoring of French social law and assess its impact.
- Perform in-depth studies and analyses in labor law.
- Prepare studies and materials for monthly Social and Economic Committee (CSE) and Health, Safety, and Working Conditions Committee (CSSCT) meetings.
- Prepare and participate in negotiations with social partners, including benchmarking, legal research, and drafting agreement proposals.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR processes.
- Master's degree in Social Law.
- Proven experience in social law, either in a law firm or corporate setting.
- Organizational and analytical skills with a strong ability to synthesize information.
- Autonomous project management with initiative and customer service orientation.
- Teamwork skills and ability to handle complex situations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Effective stress management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Confirmed experience in social law, preferably in both law firm and corporate environments.
Master's degree in Social Law.
